Yuki has an advanced function to quickly select a period. This can be a year, but also six months, a quarter or a month.

You will find the function at the top of your screen in a number of overviews:

For a fiscal year (broken financial year, shortened or extended financial year), the function is shown as follows:

Scroll to next or previous period

You can browse directly to a previous or next period of the same type (i.e. to the previous year or the next month) by clicking on the right or left arrow. Your overview is immediately updated accordingly.

Select different period

To select a different period, click on the calendar icon. The period selection screen is opened:

The selection options adapt to the selected overview. So not all options are always visible. The above period selection screen is the most extensive one. The following periods can be selected:

  • All years: the filter by date is then disabled
  • A year (or fiscal financial year)
  • A semester, quarter or month
  • A freely specifiable date range.

Certain financial overviews are shown by default for the fiscal financial year. This can be a broken financial year, a shortened or an extended financial year. This can be set per administration.

The following period selection screen will then be displayed:

If a financial year is shortened or extended, the options for semesters and quarters automatically disappear.

If required, you can display the data in the financial overviews in calendar years by clicking on the Switch to calendar years link.
