You have completed the basic training in our Yuki Academy, or you have completed the basic training at our office with a Yuki trainer. Completion of the basic training will give you access to the full support portal, accessible at https://support.yuki.nl. This includes:
- Clear startup manuals. We have a start-up guide for both accountants and entrepreneurs
(see article Are there manuals for getting started with Yuki?). - You can consult the Knowledge Base, which contains over 1,500 articles to help you use Yuki
(see article How is the Knowledge Base set up?). - Create tickets, if the above does not solve your problem and you want to ask a question to the Yuki Support team.
We have set up the support portal so that you can quickly and easily get answers to the questions you have about using Yuki. We've shared as much of the knowledge we have here and are now accessible to you. We're happy to explain how best to work in our support portal. We'll do that by describing the channels as above and showing you how to search in the portal!
