All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.

Yuki's Invoice functionality (creating and sending sales invoices) allows you to send reminders and dunning letters. Sending these letters can be done manually or automatically.

In Yuki, you can work with four different standard letters for payment notifications, reminders, demands for payment and formal notices of default. Before you start working with reminders or dunning letters, you need to adapt the text and layout of these letters to your company and your activities. The layout determines what the reminder or reminder letter looks like, what data you want to print on it, where the address block will be and what should be in the accompanying mail.

TIP!

Do keep in mind when customizing the layout that the letters are only sent after a set number of days.

Then view the screen preview to see if all your changes have produced the required results.

TIP!

To test the email, we recommend creating a test reminder and sending it to yourself. Afterwards, do delete the test reminder from your administration to prevent it from ending up in the accounts.

Regenerate default layouts

When you have removed the default layouts from one or more reminder levels, you can always regenerate them (in the language you set as a user under 'Personal preferences') by clicking on the Regenerate default layouts button.

Define default layout

You can work with more than one reminder layout within Yuki. If you do, each time you create or process a new reminder, you can determine which layout to use. You can choose which layout Yuki should then suggest by default.
