Before sending reminders or demands for payment, it's important to first check your reminder settings and change them if necessary.
Manually create and send reminders
To manually create and send reminder, you need to enter the necessary settings on the Manual reminders and Layouts tabs, where you can customize the text and formatting of the letters.

Automatic sending of reminders
To automatically create and send reminders, activate and configure the Yuki Reminder and demand for payment service.
If you activate the Reminder and demand for payment service, youn also have to set up settings on the Automated reminders and Blocked contacts tabs.

Access to settings
All settings for your reminders are centralized within your domain and divided into logical categories.
To access these settings:
- click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar
- then, in the now-opened screen, click on Reminder settings.
Reminder settings details

This screen displays the following four tabs:
- Manual reminders
On this tab, you can set the sending method and the default reminder layout for manual reminders. - Automated reminders
On this tab, you can activate and configure Yuki's reminder and demand for payment service. - Blocked contacts
On this tab, you can block one or more customers from receiving automatic reminders. - Layouts
On this tab, you can customize the text and layout of the letters or create a new one.
