When setting up your reminder layout, several options are available that allow you to personalize the appearance of your reminders.
The layout determines what the reminder looks like, what data will be printed on it, where the address block will appear and what will appear in the accompanying mail.
The following reminder layout settings can be entered:
Each setting is described in detail in a separate article. |
Access to settings
All settings for your reminder layouts are centralized within your domain and divided into logical categories.
To access these settings:
- click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar
- click on Reminder settings in the now-opened screen
- then click on the Layouts tab.

To change an existing reminder layout, click on the line of the corresponding reminder layout.
To create a new reminder layout click on the + New Layout button.
Details of page settings
Using the page settings, you determine where the details are printed on the reminder. This is particularly important if you want to customize that to your existing stationery.

The image below shows how the layout is determined.

Top margin (in mm)
This determines where the general data of the reminder (number and date etc) starts relative to the top of the paper. Note that between the top margin and the reminder's data, you may also need to place an address block. This address block is 30mm high.
Left margin (in mm)
This determines how much white space (left margin) you want to keep on the left.
Right margin (in mm)
This defines how much white space (right margin) you want to keep on the right.
Bottom margin (in mm)
This defines how much white space you want to keep between the bottom line of the footer of the page and the bottom of the page.
