When setting up your reminder layout, several options are available that allow you to personalize the appearance of your reminders.
The layout determines what the reminder looks like, what data will be printed on it, where the address block will appear and what will appear in the accompanying mail.
The following reminder layout settings can be entered:

Access to settings
All settings for your reminder layouts are centralized within your domain and divided into logical categories.
To access these settings:
- click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar
- click on Reminder settings in the now-opened screen
- then click on the Layouts tab.
Create and change reminder layout
To change an existing reminder layout, click on the line of the corresponding reminder layout.
To create a new reminder layout click on the + New Layout button.
Details of paper settings
When setting the paper options for your reminders, you can choose how and with what you want to print the reminder.

Decide what you want to print the reminder on.
Options for printing reminder
You have the following options for printing your reminder:
- Plain paper:
Use this option to have your logo and company information printed directly by Yuki. The logo that is printed is linked to your administration profile (General tab). - Preprinted stationary:
Choose this option if you want to print only the address block and letter text of the reminder without additional logo or page footer. Ideal for use with already printed company stationary. - PDF document:
If you plan to send reminders by email, this option is advisable. It allows you to upload a PDF of your own stationery for a professional look of your digital reminders.
Steps for using your own stationery as pdf- Create the desired reminder paper in a word processor such as MS Word or Pages.
- .Add your own logo, address details and other essential invoice details such as CoC number, VAT number and bank account number.
- Save the document as a PDF file.
- Upload the PDF document within the reminder layout settings. This will use your PDF document as digital stationery during printing or sending via email.
