Paper settings (reminder layout)

The following reminder layout settings can be entered:

• General
• Settings
• Subject and text content of letter
• Page layout (footer)
• Page settings
• Paper settings
• Address positioning
• Logo positioning
• Subject and text of email.

All captured settings such as reminder layout settings, among others, are grouped and categorized in one place in your domain.  

Open your domain settings by clicking on the Settings icon in the navigation bar. In the now-opened screen, click on Reminder settings and then click on the Layouts tab.

To change an existing reminder layout, click on > in front of the description of the corresponding reminder layout. 

To create a new reminder layout click on the New layout button at the top of your screen.

Now decide where you want to print the reminder.

You have three options:

• Plain paper
• Preprinted stationery
• PDF document.

On plain paper

Use Yuki to print your logo and company information directly with it. The logo used is the one you have associated with your administration profile.

Preprinted stationary

Yuki prints only the address block and letter text of the reminder. Yuki then prints no logo and no page footer.

PDF document

By attaching a PDF document of your stationery to the layout, you print the reminder in that document, so to speak. This gives better results than printing on blank paper. It is particularly useful if you are going to send the reminder by e-mail. You first create the required reminder paper in, for example, a word processor such as MS Word or Pages. Here you then place your own logo, address data and other typical data of a reminder such as Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number and bank account number. Then you save it as a PDF document. You can then choose this PDF as a file in the reminder layout setting and then it will be used as digital stationery.
