Settings (reminder layout)

When setting up your reminder layout, several options are available that allow you to personalize the appearance of your reminders.

The layout determines what the reminder looks like, what data will be printed on it, where the address block will appear and what will appear in the accompanying mail.



The following reminder layout settings can be entered:

Access to settings

All settings for your reminder layouts are centralized within your domain and divided into logical categories.


To access these settings:

  • click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar
  • click on Reminder settings in the now-opened screen
  • then click on the Layouts tab.

Create and change reminder layout

To change an existing reminder layout, click on the line of the corresponding reminder layout.

To create a new reminder layout click on the + New Layout button.

Include copy of invoice

Indicate whether you wish to include a copy of the invoice (advisory).


TIP!

If you haven't created invoices in the Sales functionality of Yuki, sending a copy of the invoice along with the reminder only works when sent by email. Adjust your text in the reminder accordingly.


Reminder level for automated reminders

  • 1 - Payment notification
  • 2 - Reminder
  • 3 - Demand for payment
  • 4 - Formal notice.


Use this layout for direct debit or not?

  • Both
  • Direct debit
  • Not for direct debit.
