General (reminder layout)

The following reminder layout settings can be entered:

General
Settings
Subject and text content of letter
Page layout (footer)
Page settings
Paper settings
Address positioning
Logo positioning
Subject and text of email.

All captured settings such as reminder layout settings, among others, are grouped and categorized in one place in your domain.

Open your domain settings by clicking on the Settings icon in the navigation bar. In the now-opened screen, click on Reminder settings and then click on the Layouts tab.

To change an existing reminder layout, click on > in front of the description of the corresponding reminder layout.

To create a new reminder layout click on the New layout button at the top of your screen.

Description

Give your layout a recognizable description.

Administration

Indicate for which administration the layout is intended (if you have more than one administration).

Language

It is possible in Dutch domains to choose a reminder in Dutch, English, French or German.
