The following reminder layout settings can be entered:

  • General
  • Settings
  • Subject and text content of letter
  • Page layout (footer)
  • Page settings
  • Paper settings
  • Address positioning
  • Logo positioning
  • Subject and text of email.

All captured settings such as reminder layout settings, among others, are grouped and categorized in one place in your domain.

Open your domain settings by clicking on the Settings icon in the navigation bar. In the now-opened screen, click on Reminder settings and then click on the Layouts tab.

To change an existing reminder layout, click on > in front of the description of the corresponding reminder layout.

To create a new reminder layout click on the New layout button at the top of your screen.

Using the page settings, you determine where the data will be printed on the reminder. This is particularly important if you want to match that to your existing stationery. The image below shows how the layout is determined.

On the reminder we distinguish 3 sections:

The letter text block

This again consists of two sections:

  • the letterhead (customer data)
  • the letter text (with the columns).

Page footer

This block is always printed at the very bottom of the page. You can use this for listing company information etc. if it is not already on your stationary.
