Price agreements

All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.

Price lists are used to set price structures for groups of users and to control VAT. Price agreements can be used to record individual price agreements with your customer(s).

Access to Price agreements

You can open a price agreement from two locations in Yuki:

• click on the Contacts icon in the navigation bar
• click on Contacts
• in the now-opened screen, clcik on the Customers icon
• find and open the customer contact card
• then click on the Price agreements tab

• click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
• click on Sales items
• click on the description of the sales item
• then clcik on the Price agreements tab.
  
  

Price agreement(s) with customer

On this screen, you can view all the details of the price agreements recorded for the customer

Delete price agreement with customer

To delete a price agreement:

• click on > in front of the relevant price agreement
• then, in the now-opened screen, click on the Delete button.
  
  

Price agreement for sales item

On this screen, you can see the details of all customers for whom a price agreement has been recorded for the sales item.

To delete a price agreement:

• click on the name of the relevant contact
• in the now-opened screen, click on Price agreements
• in the overview of all the customer's price agreements, click on > in front of the relevant price agreement
• then, in the now-opened screen, click on the Delete button.
