Price lists are used to set price structures for groups of users and to control VAT. Price agreements can be used to record individual price agreements with your customer(s).
From this screen, a user can:
- view a price agreement with a specific customer
- delete a price agreement
- view a price agreement of a specific article
- delete a price agreement.
View price agreement(s) with certain customer
Hover your mouse over the Contacts icon in the navigation bar and then click on Contacts. In the now-opened screen, click on the Customers icon, search and open a customer's contact card and click on Price agreements.
The following screen is opened:
Delete price agreement
To delete a price agreement, click on > in front of the relevant price agreement and then click on the Delete button in the now-opened screen.
View price agreement(s) of specific article
Hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar. Subsequently, click on Sales Items and then click on the description of the item whose recorded price agreements you want to view.
The following screen is opened:
Click on Price agreements.
You now see all contacts for which a price agreement has been recorded with the sales item.
Delete price agreement
To delete a price agreement, click on the name of the relevant contact and then click on Price agreements in the now-opened screen.
In the overview of all the customer's price agreements, click on > in front of the relevant price agreement and then, in the now-opened screen, click on the Delete button.
