Link price list to customer

Disclaimer

All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.

To always use the correct price list for a specific contact (customer), you can record that price list for a contact.

Access to customer contact card

To access:

• click on the Contacts icon in the navigation bar
• click on Contacts
• find and open the customer's contact card.

Link price list to customer

To link a specific price list to a customer:

• click on the Edit button
• click on the Tools tab
• use the magnifying glass in the Price list field to record the correct price list for this contact (customer)
  
  
  
• then click on the Save button.

View all customers for whom the price list applies

To view all contacts (customers) in a price list for whom this price list is used:

• click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar
• click on Price lists
• in the now-opened screen, click on the description of the relevant price list
• click on the button with the three dots
• then select the Contacts menu option from the dropdown menu.
