All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
You can view a so-called total overview of a sales item in Yuki. It shows the following:
details of the sales item
price list(s) to which the sales item has been added
price agreement(s) with customers for the sales item
key figures of the sales item
revenue per month
revenue per year
last invoices
top sales.
From this total overview a user can:
- change the details of the sales item (o.a. vertaling van omschrijving artikel voor verkoopfactuur in vreemde taal)
- change or permanently delete a sales item
- manage the prices of the sales item
- add a sales item to another price list
- record a price agreement with a sales item
Hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar. Subsequently, click on Sales Items and then click on the description of the sales item whose total overview you want to view and/or edit in the now-opened screen.

Change or permanently delete sales item
A number of details are shown of the sales item..
TIP!
If you want to send an English, French or German invoice for an item, you can translate the item's description here by clicking on the globe behind the Description field.
Change sales item
All data, which could already be entered when adding the sales item, can be added or changed here if necessary.
Click on the Edit button to change the item's details or, if required, add an image of the sales item by finding and selecting the relevant file on your computer's hard drive,
Click on the Save button to save the changed data.
Delete sales item
To permanently delete a sales item from the overview of all sales items, click on the Delete button.
The sales item cannot be permanently deleted when the item is included in a draft invoice or a sales invoice to be sent.
Manage prices of sales item
To manage the prices of the sales item, click on the description of the relevant price list.

Add sales item to another price list
In Yuki, all created sales items are added to the price list you select while creating the item. However, an item can be added to more than one price list.
Here you can see a list of all price lists to which the item is currently added.
TIP!
The Upcoming price change column shows whether any future price changes have already been recorded for this sales item.
To add the item to a price list, click on the Add item to a price list button.

Record price agreement with sales item
For price agreements with customers that deviate from the standard price, you can use a price agreement.
Here you see a list of all price agreements with customers that are currently recorded for the sales item.
To record a new price agreement with a customer for this item, click on the Record new price agreement button.

To change an existing price agreement with a customer, click on the line of the relevant price agreement.
Key figures of sales item
The following key figures of the item are shown:
- Revenue: the invoiced amount (revenue) over the past 12 months.
Quantity sold: the number sold over the past 12 months.
Amount to be invoiced: the total amount of the invoices that still need to be sent to your customers.
Revenue per month
This chart shows the invoiced amounts for the last 12 months.
By hovering your mouse over the graph you can view the total amount of invoiced invoices for this year and the previous year for a specific month.
Revenue per year
This chart shows the invoiced amounts from all years in which the item was sold.
By hovering your mouse over the graph you can view the total amount of the invoiced invoices for a specific year.
Last invoices
Here you will see a list of the last invoices sent to your customers for this item.
Top sales
Here you see a list of your customers with the highest revenue (invoiced amounts).
