Price lists are used to set price structures for groups of users and to control VAT. Price agreements can be used to record individual price agreements with your customer(s).
There are two ways to record price agreements in Yuki:
with the customer
with the sales item.
The following describes how to record a price agreement with the customer.
TIP!
You can only record price agreements with already existing customers. So you must have previously sent a sales invoice to the customer.
Hover your mouse over the Contacts icon in the navigation bar and then click on Contacts. In the now-opened screen, click on the Customers icon, find and open the customer's contact card and then click on Price agreements.
The following screen is opened:
This screen shows all existing price agreements with this customer.
To add a new price agreement, click on the New button at the top left of your screen.
Select the item for which you want to set an agreed different price, enter the new price (including or excluding VAT) and specify the VAT rate.
Click on the Save button to record the new price agreement with the customer.
