In the following situations, it is advisable to create additional price lists in Yuki:
- if you supply both individuals and companies and therefore sometimes use prices including VAT and sometimes prices excluding VAT.
- if you supply completely different target groups (e.g. traders and end users) and charge different prices for them.
- if you have customers abroad who expect a special VAT rate
- if you want to work with price lists in foreign currency.
TIP!
To work with price lists in foreign currency, the Yuki Vreemde valuta feature must be added to the domain contract by the accountant.
Hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar, then click on Price lists. In the now-opened screen, click on the New price list button.
The following screen is opened:
Price list data can be entered in the fields described below.
After entering the data, click on the Create button to create the price list.
Description (required)
Enter a clear description for the price list e.g. 'Private customers' or 'Price list Germany'.
Currency (only available if Yuki Vreemde valuta is activated)
Select the correct currency for the price list.
Company (only available with multiple administrations in a domain)
Select the administration for which the price list is to be created.
Including VAT (required)
Indicate whether the selling prices of the sales items in this price list are inclusive or exclusive of VAT.
