Record price agreement with sales item

Price lists are used to set price structures for groups of users and to control VAT. Price agreements can be used to record individual price agreements with your customer(s). 


There are two ways to record price agreements in Yuki:

  • with the customer

  • with the sales item.


The following describes how to record a price agreement with the sales item.


Hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar, click on Sales items and then click on the description of the item you want to set a price agreement for.


The following screen is opened:



To record a new price agreement with the item, click on Price agreements and then click on the New price agreement button.


The following screen is opened:



The price agreement details can be entered in the fields described below.


Contact (required)

Select the customer for whom you want to set a different price for the item.


Price

Enter the item's new price here.


Including VAT

Indicate whether the new price is inclusive or exclusive of VAT.


VAT rate (required)

Select the correct VAT rate.


Currency (required)

If necessary, select the correct currency for the new price.



Click on the Save button to record the new price agreement with the item.
