Disclaimer
All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
A price list determines in Yuki:
- Which items are available for a particular sales invoice
- At what price that item should be presented on that invoice (price can still be changed)
- Which VAT percentage should be proposed on that invoice (VAT percentage can still be changed)
- Whether the imported price is inclusive or exclusive of VAT (this cannot be changed).
In Yuki, you can create additional price lists and change, delete, import, and/or export an existing price list.
You can also add sales items to a price list, change a sales item’s price status, and view a sales item’s price history.
Price agreements
A price list is a pricing model and not necessarily a price agreement.
A price agreement with a customer that deviates from the standard price can be recorded in a price agreement.
For a detailed description, see article Price agreements.
Additional price lists
When selling to both individuals and businesses (prices including or excluding VAT), to completely different target groups (e.g., traders and end users), and/or to foreign countries (special VAT rate), it is advisable and also possible to create additional price lists in Yuki.
For every sales invoice you create, you can then specify which price list applies to that invoice.
