Create reminder or demand for payment in foreign language

Modified on Fri, 17 Oct at 5:19 PM

In Yuki, it's possible to create English, French, or German sales invoices and reminders, and then send them manually or automatically to your customers.

To create a reminder or demand in a foreign language, you need to follow these steps:

  • create English, French, or German reminder layout (see article Create reminder layout in foreign language)
  • per level: payment notification (1), reminder (2), demand for payment (3), and formal notice (4)
  • by payment method: direct debit, no direct debit, or both
  • translate the 'Heading' field for a contact (if the placeholder [heading] is used in the text of a letter and/or email) (see article Translate 'Heading' field for contact).

ATTENTION!

Of course, an English, French, or German invoice layout must already have been created, and this invoice layout must be linked to the customer.
