• Nieuw overzicht 'Activiteit ondernemer' in portaal

In het Yuki accountant portaal is een overzicht beschikbaar over de login activiteit van de ondernemers: welke ondernemer heeft wanneer voor het laatst ingelogd in welk domein.

• Portaalinstelling percentage steekproeven in decimalen

Bij de portaalinstellingen kan de frequentie van de steekproeven worden ingesteld door het percentage documenten en banktransacties dat moet worden meegenomen in de steekproeven in te voeren. Dit percentage kan nu in decimalen worden ingevoerd.

• Melding voor gebruiker in domein per wanneer contract van domein is beëindigd

Er verschijnt een melding in het domein per wanneer het contract van een domein door de accountant is beëindigd. Hierdoor kunnen de gegevens in het domein op tijd worden geëxporteerd.

• Definitief SEPA bestand met verwerkingsdatum ouder dan 14 dagen niet meer mogelijk

De banken accepteren geen SEPA-bestanden met een verwerkingsdatum die meer dan 14 dagen in het verleden ligt. Het is daarom niet meer mogelijk om de desbetreffende SEPA bestanden definitief te maken.

• Nieuwe standaardkolommen 'Per' en 'Status' in overzichten verwerkte verkoopfacturen

In de overzichten 'Openstaand', 'Achterstallig' en 'Geblokkeerd' worden de kolommen 'Per' en 'Status' standaard getoond. In deze kolommen zie je op welke wijze een verkoopfactuur is verstuurd en of deze wel of niet is afgeleverd.

• Verwerkte verkoopfacturen kunnen (opnieuw) worden verstuurd via e-mail

Verkoopfacturen die bewust of door een fout niet zijn verstuurd kunnen vanuit de overzichten 'Openstaand', 'Achterstallig' en 'Geblokkeerd' via e-mail (opnieuw) worden verstuurd zonder de desbetreffende verkoopfacturen te openen. De verzendwijze wordt vervolgens gewijzigd naar 'E-mail'.

Opgeloste bugs

• 128485 Files are submitted twice via Google Drive
  Google Drive uploads should not arrive twice in Yuki anymore. 
• 5064 Solvency incorrect in Financial Monitor
• 129717 Cannot add accountant feature due to error '400 - Overlapping dates for BP article' in both portal and domain
  BP0150 article is added as contract line to give DC also first months of free trial. When upgrading to a higher bundle this was causing issues as BP0150 was also considered as a bundle
• 126564 Supplier code cannot be stored via BOEntry Screen for new invoices/contact card
  Supplier code can be filled in for new invoices in Bo entry screen. Also in the contact card of the supplier a supplier code can be added.
• 108223 Create invoice - search function Projects doesn't work properly
  When creating a draft invoice, this invoice can be linked to a project. When searching for a project to link to the invoice, the projects that do not have a linked administration could not be found or filtered by typing key words in the search functionality. This issue had now been resolved.
• 131087 description changes to original description after saved as 'draft'
  After changing the description of a sales item in an invoice line, when saving the invoice as draft the description would be reset to the default instead of saving the customised description. This issue has now been resolved.
• 77263 Team productivity VS productivity/Backoffice
  Now, the Productivity in the Dashboard is the same as the report of Productivity.
• 103893 Removed "Draft" or "Ready to send" invoices appear in the BO workflow
  Removed "Draft" or "Ready to send" invoices don't end up in the BO workflow anymore

• 117613 shortkey g + g is not working anymore
  Solved issue that was preventing the shortcut "gg" from correctly navigating to the gl account overview
• 124565 BECON number in portal shows the relation ID instead of the actual BECON number
  The accountant ID number on the accountant profile in the portal now shows the actual correct accountant ID instead of the Yuki HD. For NL this is the "BECON-nummer" and for BE this is the "Mandataris ID" which will now be shown correctly.
• 123426 Login personalisation uploads don't seem to work anymore
  The "Login personalization" on portal level is working again for all accountants portals with a professional license.
• 137155 Users receive the message ''verlies geen functionaliteiten'' and cannot click on the button ''kies bundel''
  Solved conflict between "End of trial" modal and "Terms & conditions" modal both being presented at the user at the same time with causing the user to be stuck in that situation.
