All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
A number of functionalities/features have been renewed in the Archive.
Here you see the two shelves with standard folders from your Archive. On the top shelf are all financial and non-financial documents that are important for your administration. In the rows below you can archive documents yourself, for example insurance policies, deeds, correspondence, etc., these will not be in your financial administration.
From the file cabinet, a user (depending on the user role) can:
- upload one or more documents
(see article Upload files from Archive) - create a new document
(see article Create document (bank statement) manually) - move, rename, download or delete an document in (sub)folder (depending on user role)
(see article Move, rename, download or delete documents in Archive) - add, change or delete a (sub)folder
(see article (Add, change or delete (sub)folder in Archive) - export one or more documents
(see article Export documents from Archive).
Security of documents in folders
By default, all users are set to have access to the non-financial documents (standard documents) in the accounting folders (top shelf in the Archive).
Only a user with the 'Management' role can change this security of the archive.
For a detailed description, see article Archive settings.
This overview shows a list of documents that you have recently viewed. This is useful if you want to request a document again.
If you throw away a document, it will be placed in the trash bin. Here you can see which documents were removed when and by whom. In certain cases, the document can be retrieved here.
If you also want to keep a copy of your Archive outside of Yuki, you can export the archive. All documents are then prepared in a ZIP file so that you can download them. You will receive an email when the ZIP file is ready (within 24 hours).
