In Yuki, you can view an overview of all employees created in an administration in the domain. The overview includes personal information, job, department, manager and contract information, among others.


Hover your mouse over the HR icon in the navigation bar, then click on Employees.


The folllowing screen is opened:



By clicking on the New button you can create a new employee.


TIP!

When importing pay slips from Nmbrs®, an employee is automatically created (with correct employee number, name, address and bank account information) in the administration when it appears that the employee number does not yet exist in the relevant administration in Yuki.


In this overview, you can filter the employees by:

  • active employees
  • active employees in a given period
  • inactive employees

    When an employee is no longer employed, enter the date of the last working day on the relevant contact card and indicate on the Extra tab (Backoffice status field) that the employee is no longer active. From then on, the employee can no longer be used in bookings in Yuki.


In addition, you can specify whether employees from all departments or only from a particular department should be shown. This filter is only visible when you have defined a department for each employee.

In Yuki, it is also possible to send a news message only to all employees of a particular department.


Employees can be searched in the Search field by Name, Job title and Department.


You can view employees from a particular administration or from all administrations in the domain.


Only the 'Name' column can be sorted ascending or descending.
