You can link Mollie with your administration in Yuki, making it easy to integrate all major payment methods (iDEAL, credit card, etc.). With Mollie, you can accept payments online and via your mobile, saving you more time on your administration.
If you don't have a Mollie account yet, you can create a new free account with Mollie from Yuki.
Access to settings
All settings for Mollie are centralized within your domain and divided into logical categories.
To access these settings:
- click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar
- then in the now-opened screen in the Integrations section click on Mollie
The Mollie home screen is opened:
Create Mollie account
To create a new Mollie account go through the following steps in Mollie:
- start account creation
- enter the required data
- receive an email confirmation.
Start Mollie account creation
Click on the Create a free Mollie account button. The following screen is opened:
Enter required data
Enter your first and last name here.
The email address you use to log into Yuki will then be entered here automatically.
Change this email address if you want, the email address you enter here will be used by Mollie, among others, to contact you.
ATTENTION!
The login email address for Mollie will also be the name of your Mollie bank account in your Yuki domain.
Finally, enter your password. The password must be at least 10 characters long.
Click on the Create account button.
Receive email confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation from Mollie to the email address you provided.
The following screen is opened in Mollie:
Activate Mollie account
To accept live payments from your customers, you first need to activate your Mollie account:
- enter your company details
- create your website profile
- define business payment account.
Enter company details
Once you've logged into Mollie, click on the Activate account button to start entering the required company details in Mollie in five steps.
Create website profile
To establish a website profile, click on Settings in the screen above and then click on Website profiles. Then, create a so-called website profile in Mollie.
Define business payment account
Finally, define in Mollie the business bank account on which Mollie should pay the receipts of your customers.
This account must be verified by transferring 1 cent to Mollie via iDEAL or electronic transfer.
On the left side of the screen above, click on Settings and then click on Bank accounts.

Link Mollie account with administration in Yuki
After actually activating your Mollie account, you will receive an email at the email address you provided from Mollie with the activation link of your Mollie account.
After your Mollie account is activated and you have established a business checking account in Mollie:
- create a Mollie bank account in Yuki
Manually create a new Mollie bank account in your Yuki administration. Enter your Mollie login email address under ‘Payment provider account’.

In the Sales functionality, under Settings, click on Mollie. The following screen is opened:
Click on the Connect account button. The following screen is opened:
