In the Yuki accountant portal, a report is available in which you can see, per company (domain), whether the entrepreneur is submitting his or her documents into Yuki regularly and on time.

This includes documents uploaded via:

  • Peppol
  • email
  • Yuki Assistant app
  • Web (upload and API).
  • Google Drive and Dropbox.

A user with the “Portal Administrator” or “Portal Back Office” role can view this report.

Statistics are kept on the average number of documents uploaded each month, how many days have passed since the last upload the average delay in the documents submitted.

In the accountant portal, click on Management and then on Reports

In the now-opened screen, click on Timeliness of uploads to view a report about the uploading of documents by the entrepreneur.

The following screen is opened:

In the Score column, the following scores can be shown:

  • Late (45+ days)
  • Slow (31 - 45 days)
  • Behind (15 - 30 days)
  • On time (4 - 14 days)
  • Fast (0 - 3 days).

The score is calculated each night for the past three months, e.g., from June 28 back to April 1.

The calculation of the score is explained below:

  • Step 1: The average number of days of each month, so in our example, June, May and April, is calculated:
    • the sum of the upload date of each document - the document date of each document in April/May/June divided by the number of documents uploaded and processed in April/May/June.
  • Step 2: The number of days per month is calculated from the calculated average number of days in Step 1:
    • the average number of days in April multiplied by 1
    • the average number of days in May multiplied by 2
    • the average number of days in June multiplied by 3.
  • Step 3: The score is the average of the calculated number of days in Step 2:
    • the sum of the number of days divided by 6.

ATTENTION!

The score is always rounded up to whole numbers. Thus, a score of 3.5 falls under “On time (4 - 14 days).
