In the Yuki accountant portal, a report is available regarding the history of the workflow to be processed for the administrations in the domains of the portal.
A user with the 'Portal administrator' or 'Portal back office' role can view this report.
In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Reports.
In the now-opened screen, the Workflow monitor overview is always shown.
This chart shows the office workflow divided between “Yesterday,” “Today,” and “Tomorrow. This division is based on the ideal promise to your customer that everything will be recorded within 24 hours. The calculation assumes that all documents and transactions received before noon today should still be processed today and all documents after noon should be processed tomorrow. So the 'Yesterday' bar shows all outstanding transactions in your workflow that should have been processed yesterday (or the days before). The 'Today' bar includes yesterday's transactions and the 'Tomorrow' bar is advance information on what to do tomorrow. How you handle this, of course, depends on the promise the office makes to the customer.
By hovering your mouse over the graph you can see the number of assigned and unassigned transactions that are in the workflow yesterday, today and tomorrow.
