Disclaimer
All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
In the Yuki accountant portal, from the 'Submissions' report, there are a number of views available regarding the submisision of documents and questions by the customers of the office:
- Per hour of the day
- Per weekday
- Per day of the month
- Per hour over the whole week.
Only a user with the 'Portal administrator' role can view this report.
A user with the 'Portal back office' role does not have access to the 'Submissions' report.
Statistics are kept of the numbers of documents that were submitted to the portal by the customers per weekday, working day, etc.
In addition, you can also view how many questions were asked at what time and how many documents were in the IDR queue at a certain time.
Automatic document processing in Yuki is done in the process called Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR). Before documents in Yuki are processed by IDR, scanned documents, PDF files, Office documents, bank and/or transaction files, and UBL/XML invoices are placed in what is known as an IDR queue.
TIP!
The data in the various views can be used to determine when peak times are within the office.
In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Reports.
In the now-opened screen, click on Submissions to view a report of, among other things, the number of documents submitted in the (sub)portal.
The next screen is always opened in the Per hour of the day view:
Views
You can also indicate in this screen that one of the other views should be shown:
- Per weekday
- Per day of the month
- Per hour over the whole week
By hovering your mouse over a particular hour, day or time in a view, you can see, for example, in the Per day of the month view, that a total of 3496 documents were submitted on January 27 of this year.
Filters
In all views, you can filter the data shown by Submission type:
- Documents
- Questions
- IDR queue.
