Disclaimer
All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
In the Yuki accountant portal, two views of the ‘Back office activity’ report are available regarding the activity of users (back office employees) in the domains of the portal:
- Activity per domain
- Activity per user.
Only a user with the ‘Portal administrator’ role can view this report.
A user with the role ‘Portal back office’ role does not have access to the ‘Back office activity’ report.
Statistics are kept of, for example, how much time an employee spends on average per month or per day processing documents and bank transactions.
In the accountant portal, click on Management and then on Reports.
In the now-opened screen, click on Backoffice activity to view a report of users' activities in the domains of the portal.
The following screen is always opened in the Activity per domain view:
You can see the total time in minutes spent manually processing transactions for each domain.
To view all user activity in a specific domain, click on the number of minutes in the Minutes column of the domain in question. The ‘Activity in specific domain’ report is opened.
For a detailed description of this report, see article 'Activity in specific domain' report.
Views
You can also specify in this screen that the Activity per user view should be shown:
You can see the total time in minutes spent manually processing transactions for each user.
To view all activity of a specific user, click on the number of minutes in the Minutes column of the relevant user. The ‘Activity of specific user’ report is opened.
For a detailed description of this report, see article 'Activity of specific user' report.
TIP!
The columns Automatic transactions (Autom. trans.) and Automatic transactions percentage (Autom. trans. %) can be added to the default data shown in this screen.
Filters
In this screen you can filter the shown data by Status of a domain:
- Active/Startup
- Active
- Trial
- Startup
- Inactive
- Archived.
ATTENTION!
In this report, the period shown by default is the past year in both views. However, you can select a different period or use a custom filter that allows you to set your own period or view the activity of the past 2, 7, 10 or 20 days.
