All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.

It is possible in Yuki to have all customers in a portal regularly asked about their satisfaction. From the 'Satisfaction' report, a number of views are available in the Yuki accountant portal:

  • Most recent results by domain
  • All results
  • Average per month.

When the customer (owner of the domain) is logged in, a pop-up screen appears with a question about customer satisfaction.

When the accountant owns the domain, the pop-up screen appears after switching to the user side.

If no owner is set in the domain then the satisfaction question is not sent.

The owner can indicate this satisfaction by choosing one of five smileys (score 1 - Very satisfied to score 5 - Very dissatisfied). With a score of 3 or higher, the customer can also indicate whether they would like to be contacted about this.

The satisfaction question appears once every 3 months when the owner voted “Satisfied” and once a month when the owner voted “Dissatisfied.

This functionality must be enabled and set by a user with the role 'Portal Administrator' role in the upper right corner of the accountant portal by clicking on the Settings icon.

Only a user with the 'Portal Administrator' role can view this report.

A user with the 'Portal back office' role does not have access to the 'Satisfaction' report.

ATTENTION!

In a Basic portal, the 'Satisfaction' report is not available.

From this screen, a user with the 'Portal Administrator' role can:

  • add a comment on customer satisfaction

In the accountant portal, click on Management and then on Reports

In the now-opened screen, click on Satisfaction to view a report of the customer satisfaction of the customers in the portal.
