'Bundle pricing' report

In the Yuki accountant Portal, from the 'Bundle pricing' report, a number of views are available regarding the history of all processed invoices (documents) in domains with bundle pricing as well as the contract lines of the respective domains: 

  • Processed documents per domain
  • Processed documents per administration
  • Contract lines (Accountant)
  • Invoicing
  • Activity log.


A user with the 'Portal Administrator' or 'Portal Back Office' role can view this report.


From this screen, a user with the role 'Portal administrator' or 'Portal back office' role can:

  • view the processed transactions in the domain
  • view the domain details

  • open a domain directly

  • view the administration 
  • view all contract lines.


From the accountant portal, click on Management and then on Reports

In the now-opened screen, click on Bundle pricing to view the report. 


The following screen is opened by default in the Processed documents per domain view::



In each domain there is a maximum number of allowed processed purchase and sales invoices per month. The overview above shows the total number of invoices processed per (sub)portal and per domain.


The Document usage column shows the percentage of usage of the maximum allowed purchase and sales invoices to be processed in the bundle.


Views

You can also indicate in this screen that one of the other views should be shown:


  • Processed documents per administration


  • Contract lines (Accountant)


  • Invoicing (available only in Bundle pricing: One Stop Shop portal)


  • Activity log


    In this view, you can see when the maximum number of invoices per month of a bundle has been exceeded, a bundle has been upgraded or downgraded, additional features have been added or removed, or an administration has been added or removed.

View processed transactions in domain

Hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots and then select the Go to processed transactions menu option from the dropdown menu.

View domain details

Hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots and then select the View domain details menu option from in the dropdown menu.

Open domain directly

Hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots and then select the Go to domain menu option from in the dropdown menu.



View administration details

Hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots, and then select the View administration details menu option from the dropdown menu.

View contract lines

Hover your mouse over a contract line of the corresponding domain, click on the button with the three dots, and then select the View all contract lines menu option from the dropdown menu.
