My domain
- Company profile
After a domain has been created, it's important to record all sorts of information about the company (or companies) whose administration you will be managing in this domain. You also set a few things here about the accounting itself: from when it will be done in Yuki, matters concerning VAT, etc. - Users
Chart of accounts
Yuki works with a semi-fixed chart of accounts. This means that the layout of the scheme is fixed. However, within that, you have the option to refine it by:
- activating/deactivating a GL account
- duplicating a GL account
- setting a GL account.
How to do this exactly can be found in the article Set up chart of accounts (GL accounts).
Submit documents
There are several ways to submit documents (purchase invoices, sales invoices, and other financial documents). Watch the video Yuki Aanleveren (NL) about the most commonly used methods.
Process documents
The steps you need to follow to process a purchase invoice are described in the article Post purchase invoice.
The steps you need to take to process a sales invoice are described in the article Post sales invoice.
Process bank transactions
You can find the different options available for processing bank transactions in the article Process bank transactions manually.
Attention points
Yuki constantly monitors whether the accounting and administration are complete and up-to-date. When invoices are missing or the bank delivery requires extra attention, this is indicated in the points of attention. Certain supplied items that have not been processed are also added to these points of attention. In the video Yuki Aandachtspunten (NL) and the article Points of attention in administration the attention points are explained in detail.
Financial monitor
In the financial monitor, you can see your company's key indicators (metrics) graphically shown. View the development of your revenue, margin, and profit, bank balance, cash balance, the age of outstanding customers and suppliers, as well as more complex KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as working capital, solvency, and profitability.
The video Yuki Financiële monitor (NL) and the article Financial monitor provide more information about the financial monitor.
