Once a domain has been created, you need to record all kinds of information about the company (or companies) whose administration you will be keeping in this domain. You also need to record a few things about the accounting itself: from when the administration will be done in Yuki, details about VAT, etc. You do all this by recording information about the company in a number of sections:
The various sections are described in detail in separate articles.
ATTENTION!
When converting an existing legal form to another legal form, a number of steps must be completed in Yuki for the conversion.
For a detailed description, see article Convert sole proprietorship/VOF to BV.
A user with a ‘Portal administrator’ role or a ‘Back Office’ role in the domain can create and/or change the administration profile.
A user with the ‘Management’ or ‘Financial administration’ role in the domain can change the administration profile except for the CoC number, legal form, VAt number and if applicable, directors, shareholders and particpations.
Open the domain in which you want to create a new administration and then click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar. Then in the now-opened screen, in the Domain section click on Companies.
The following screen is always opened in the Default view:
In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the + Company button.
The following screen is opened:
The following is a brief description of the sections.
