Disclaimer
All screenshots in the article were taken in the Dutch version of Yuki.
In Yuki you can submit documents by scanning, uploading, synchronizing or emailing them. In addition it is also possible to generate certain documents by a webservice. In this overview you can see which user submitted a number of documents (batch) on which date and what the current status of the documents is.
Click on the PO Box icon in the navigation bar and then, in the now-opened screen, click on History.
The following screen is opened:
In the Type column the way in which the documents are submitted is shown:
Scan (use of the Scan Wizard is no longer supported) | |
Upload | |
Webservice | |
Peppol |
In addition you can also view the batches of all users with access to your domain or only the batches of a specific user.
TIP!
The Private column shows the number of documents submitted in one of the folders on the bottom shelf of the Archive. These documents don't end up in the back office workflow to be processed in your financial administration. You have to place the private documents in the correct folder yourself.
Place document(s) of a batch in a folder, bundle documents or delete them
Click on > in front of the batch line or batch date in order to view a batch. The following screen is opened:
In this view of a batch you can at once place all the selected documents in a folder, bundle the documents or delete them by clicking the respective buttons in the screen.
Only a user with the 'Back office' role in the domain or the 'Management', 'Financial administration' or 'External accountant' role can delete one or more documents from the workflow.
All users with another role can only delete the documents that are scanned or uploaded by themselves.
