Phasing out Scan Wizard functionality

With the Scan Wizard functionality you have the option to scan directly to your Yuki administration. You may be experiencing problems with this delivery method today. Given the outdated technology of the Scan Wizard, we will no longer solve these problems and we have decided to remove this functionality from Yuki in the long term.


That is why we strongly recommend that you submit your documents in Yuki via another method.

It is still possible to use your scanner to submit documents. Depending on the scanner, there are several options:

  • If your scanner has a mail function, you can also use the document email address in Yuki to submit your documents. You can find this email address under 'My domain' in the column 'Email address for documents'..


  • Some scanners have software that also allows you to scan to Dropbox or Google Drive. If you've shared Dropbox or Google Drive with Yuki, you'll find the scanned documents in the PO Box under History or Digital Mail.

  • Save scanned documents to your computer's hard drive for manual uploading to Yuki.
