View and/or change company details (settings)

A user with the 'Portal administrator' or 'Portal back office' role can view the following details (settings) of an administration:

  • Company: legal form, contact person, contact details, main address and mailing address
  • Financial: contact code, VAT number, fiscal number and Chamber of Commerce number.


A user with the 'Portal administrator' or 'Portal back office' role can register or deregister an administration with Peppol.


From this screen, a user can:

  • register the administration with Peppol
  • change e-invoicing preferences
  • connect CRMHub with the administration and update customer data
  • deregister the administration from Peppol.


The screen to view and/or change the administrations in a specific domain is opened as follows:

  • automatically immediately after creating a new domain
  • In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Administrations. Then click on the name of the company.
  • In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Administrations. Then hover your mouse over the line of the domain in question, click on the button with the three dots, and then select View company details from the menu.


The following screen is opened:



In this screen, the Domain section also shows the name and status of the domain. 


To access the respective domain directly or view the details (settings) of the domain, click on the Go to domain or View domain details link, respectively.
