Within a domain, one or more users may have access to a domain.
The screen to view the users of a specific domain opens as follows:
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then click on the name of the domain.
- In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then hover your mouse over the line of the corresponding domain, click on the button with the three dots and then select View domain details from the menu.
The following screen is opened:
Then click on Users.
The following screen is opened:
This screen shows the following information for each user with access to the domain:
- Name
- Login name
- Last login.
TIP!
Only the user can change his or her login name (e-mail address).
