Customer satisfaction in domain

Each customer (domain owner) can provide a rating about their satisfaction with the management of the domain.


The screen to view and/or change the satisfaction rating on a specific domain is accessed as follows:

  • In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then click on the name of the domain.
  • In the accountant portal, click on Management and then click on Domains. Then hover your mouse over the line of the corresponding domain, click on the button with the three dots and then select View domain details from the menu.


The following screen is opened:



Then, click on Satisfaction.


The following screen is opened:



This screen shows the following data of each satisfaction rating by the user (domain owner) about the domain:

  • Satisfaction rating
  • Date 
  • Owner
  • Owner login
  • Status
  • Contract start date
  • Contract end date
  • Remark
  • Remark date.


From this screen, a user with the 'Portal administrator' or 'Portal back office' role can:

  • add a remark
  • edit a remark.

Filters

In this screen you can filter the shown data by satisfaction Rating:

  • Very happy
  • Happy
  • Not satisfied, not dissatisfied
  • Unhappy
  • Very unhappy.

Add remark

To add a remark to a satisfaction rating, hover your mouse over the line of the corresponding rating and then click on the Add a new remark button.



The following screen is opened:



Add a remark and then click on the Add button.


The remark is added to the corresponding satisfaction rating.



Edit remark

An added remark can always be changed by moving your mouse over the line of the rating in question and then clicking on the Edit remark button.



The following screen is opened:



Edit the remark and then click on the Save button.
