In Yuki, you can view a work list (workflow) and overviews of all contracts created in an administration to prepare and, if required, automatically send recurring invoices for a customer.


The following contract workflow work list is available:


The following overviews of contracts are available:


Click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar, then click on Contracts and then select the work list or overview you want to view.



In any work list or overview, a user can:

  • create a new contract
  • download all columns shown as a CSV file (Excel) or copy to clipboard
  • customize the view
  • search for data.

Create new contract

Click on the New contract button.

Download data as a CSV file or copy to clipboard

Click on the Download button and then select Download as CSV or Copy to clipboard from the dropdown menu.



The name of the downloaded CSV file is:

  • ContractBillingReports_Drafts_[Date of today].csv
  • ContractBillingReports_All-contracts_[Date of today].csv
  • ContractBillingReports_Current-contracts_[Date of today].csv
  • ContractBillingReports_Ended-contracts_[Date of today].csv
  • ContractBillingReports_Future-contracts_[Date of today].csv.

Customize view

The view can be customized in the following ways:

  • Administration: If necessary, select the contracts from the appropriate administration.
  • Period: Specify, if possible, from which period you want to view contracts.
  • Column selection: By default, a number of columns are shown in each work list or overview. These columns can be changed by selecting or deselecting columns.
  • Column sorting: All shown columns can be sorted ascending or descending.

Search data

The search bar can be used to search for:

  • (part of a) name
    The search result now shows all data where this name has been entered in, for example, the field 'Description', 'Subject', 'Name', 'Company name' or 'Contact'.
  • number
    The search result now shows all data where the number has been entered in, for example, the field 'Description', 'Subject', 'Name', 'Company name' or in a numeric field such as 'Invoice number'.
  • amount
    You can search for an exact amount by entering this amount in the search field, for example, '54.45' or '54.45'.
  • date
    You can search for a specific date by entering it as:
    • 31/08/2020
    • 31-08-2020
    • 310820
    • 31082020.


Targeted search

You can also perform a targeted search using different search terms. After each search, the search result can be further specified by adding a new search term.
