In Yuki, you can create a contract to set up recurring invoices for a customer and send them automatically if required.
To create a new contract, complete the following steps:

Access to new contract
You can create a contract from three places in Yuki:
- Click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar, click on Dashboard, and then in the now-opened screen, click on the Create contract button.
- Click on the Sales icon in the navigation bar, click on Contracts, and then in the now-opened screen, click on the Create contract button.
- Click on the Contacts icon in the navigation bar, click on Contacts, then open the relevant contact card. In the now-opened screen, click on Sales invoices, open a sales invoice created by Yuki and click on the Generate contract button.
Save contract as a draft contract or completed contract
The following describes how to save a contract as a draft contract or a completed contract.
TIP!
The first invoice of the series of recurring invoices can also be generated immediately when completing the contract.

When all contract details have been entered, click on the SAVE AS DRAFT or COMPLETE button to save the contract as a draft contract (in overview ‘Draft contracts’) or as a completed contract (depending on contract start date in overview ‘Future contracts’ or ‘Current contracts’), respectively.
Draft contract
After saving the contract as a draft contract, the input screen remains open and a draft contract can, if required, be:
- moved to another administration
- deleted.
To do this, click on the button with the three dots.

Completed contract
After completing the contract, this contract is shown directly in your screen. A completed contract can, as long as Yuki has not yet prepared the first recurirng sales invoice, be, if required:
- edited
- deleted.
To do this, click on the button with the three dots.
