In Yuki, it is possible to create English or French quotations, sales invoices and reminders and/or demands for payment and then send them manually or automatically to your customers.
To create a (recurring) sales invoice or quotation in a foreign language, complete the following steps:

Access to sales item
- hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar
- click on Sales Items
- then, in the now-opened screen, click on the description of the item whose description you want to translate.
Translate sales item description
To translate the sales item description click on the globe behind the Description field.
The following screen is opened:
Translations of the sales item description can be entered in the fields described below.
Description (required)
This is the description that can be made visible on the invoice or quotation. The description can still be changed while entering the invoice or quotation.
English
Enter the English description of the sales item here.
If an English invoice or quotation layout is chosen, this description will be used.
French
Enter the French description of the sales item here.
If an French invoice or quotation layout is chosen, this description will be used.
After entering the data, click on the Save button to save the translations.
