In the event of loss or theft of the mobile phone or if the user has forgotten his or her mobile phone, a user with the 'Management' role can disable two-factor authentication again for any user in the domain via the Password button in the respective user's address card.

The following screen is opened:

Under Disable two-factor authentication, click the Disable button.

An email will now be sent to the user's email address (login name). This email contains a link that allows the user to disable the two-factor authentication.

ATTENTION!

Within 15 minutes of receiving the e-mail, the user must click on this link.

The user can always re-enable two-factor authentication in Yuki via his or her own own address card.

For a detailed description of how to enable two-factor authentication, see article Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in Yuki.
