Any user when logged in to Yuki can disable two-factor authentication at any time from different places in Yuki:
- Accountant:
- At the top right of your screen, click on the user button and then click on Account settings
ATTENTION!
When the portal administrator has set security in the portal, the required two-factor authentication cannot be disabled.
- At the top right of your screen, click on the user button and then click on Account settings
- Entrepreneur:
- At the top right of your screen, click on the user button and then click on My profile
- Click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then click on My profile in the now-opened screen.
- Click on the Contacts icon in the navigation bar.
In the now-opened screen, find and open your own contact card and then click on the Password button. - Click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then click on Change password.
The following screen is opened:
Click on Disable behind Two-factor authentication.
TIP!
In the event of loss or theft of the mobile phone or if the user has forgotten his or her mobile phone, a user with the 'Management' role can disable two-factor authentication for each user in the domain.
