If, for example, you have lost access to your Authenticator due to loss or theft, you can disable your two-factor authentication via the login screen in Yuki.
Log in to Yuki with your email address (login name) and password.
The following screen is opened:
Click Lost access to Authenticator? The following screen is opened:
Enter the email address you use to log in to Yuki. To this email address, the email will be sent which will allow you to disable your two-factor authentication via a link.
Click the Next button. The following screen is opened:
From the e-mail in your mailbox, now click on the link to disable your two-factor authentication.
ATTENTION!
You must click on this link within 15 minutes of receiving the email.
You can always re-enable two-factor authentication in Yuki via your own contact card.
