Disable two-factor authentication (2FA) in Yuki

Any user when logged in to Yuki can disable two-factor authentication at any time from different places in Yuki:

  • At the top right of your screen, click on the user button and then click on My profile
  • Click the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then click on My profile in the now-opened screen.
  • Click the Contacts icon in the navigation bar.

    In the now-opened screen, find and open your own contact card and then click on the Password button.

  • Click the Settings icon in the navigation bar, then click on Change password.


The following screen is opened:



Click on Disable behind Two-factor authentication.


TIP!

In the event of loss or theft of the mobile phone or if the user has forgotten his or her mobile phone, a user with the 'Management' role can disable two-factor authentication for each user in the domain.
