Translate 'Subject' field on quotation

In Yuki, it is possible to create English, French or German quotations and send them manually or automatically to your customers.


The text in the 'Subject' field on the quotation is automatically used as the subject (placeholder [Subject]) in the subject and text of the email. This text must be translated into the correct language.




To create aquotation in a foreign language, complete the following steps:



Access to new quotation

  • hover your mouse over the Sales icon in the navigation bar
  • click on Quotations
  • then, in the now-opened screen, click on the New quotation button.


Translate 'Subject' field

Now translate the text in the Subject field to the requiredlanguage.



Enter all other details and the quotation lines of the quotation.


Then click on the Save button.
