Create quotation layout in foreign language

In Yuki, it is possible to create English, French or German quotations and reminders and send them manually or automatically to your customers.


To create aquotation in a foreign language, complete the following steps:

  • Translate sales item description
  • Create quotation layout
    • If required, translate subject and text of email into English, French or German
  • Translate 'Heading' field for contact (if placeholder [heading] is used in text of email) 
  • Translate 'Subject' field on quotation (if placeholder [Subject] is used in subject and text of email).


All configured settings such as the settings of the quotation layouts, among others, are grouped and categorised in one place in your domain.


Open the settings of your domain by clicking on the Settings icon in the navigation bar. Subsequently, in the now-opened screen, click on Sales settings and then scroll to Quotation layouts.



To create a new quotation layout in English, French or German, click on the New layout button.


The following screen is opened:



Select the template for the quotation layout by hovering your mouse over the required template and clicking on the Choose template button.


The following screen is opened:



In the General section you enter the settings for the English, French or German quotation layout.


Description

Give your layout a recognizable description. 


TIP!

If required, indicate the language in question in the description.


Administration

Indicate for which administration the layout is intended (if you have more than one administration).


Language

It is possible to choose a quotation in English, French or German.


After recording any other settings of this quotation layout, click on the Save button.


You will now immediately see that the text on the quotation is shown in the selected language.



TIP!

The subject and text of the email must be manually translated into English, French or German.


The English, French or German quotation layout created now appears in the list of quotation layouts to be selected:
