Data processing agreement for entrepreneurs

With the introduction of the GDPR, it is necessary for an accounting firm to enter into a so-called data processing agreement with you. On May 25, 2018 this new agreement came into force at the accounting firm. 

The data processing agreement contains the agreements made about the processing of personal data, the procedure for data leaks, the right to audit and the technical and organisational security measures taken in the software.  

The data processing agreement has to be confirmed by an authorized signatory. Only the owner of a domain and users with the 'Management' role can be an authorized signatory.


Once the accounting firm has made the data processing agreement available, a pop-up will appear on the signatory's screen when he or she logs in to the domain.

Only the owner of the domain and a user with the 'Management' role can view, print and/or download the confirmed data  processing agreement. The agreement always remains available in the domain.


To open the confirmed data processing agreement, click on the Archive icon in the navigation bar and then click on the Other financial folder. Then click on the Documentation tab.


In the screen now opened click the subject of the data processing agreement to view. print and/or download it.


For the back office the data processing agreement is not visible in the domain.
