From a sent quotation (status ‘Open’, ‘Previous version’, ‘Ready to invoice’ 'Invoiced' and ‘Rejected’) a number of actions can be performed.
Open the relevant quotation by clicking on the subject of the quotation in a work list or overview, then click on the More actions button at the top right of your screen.
A number of options are available in the dropdown menu that now Is opened. The options shown in the menu depend on the status of the quotation:
- Ask a question
You can directly ask the accountant a question, the sent quotation will be added to the question.
Formulate your question and then click on the Submit button.
The following message appears on the screen: - Copy quotation
The details of an open, revised, accepted, invoiced or rejected quotation can also be used for one or more quotations to be sent to other potential customers.
All data of the quotation except the attached files are taken over in the now-opened screen of a new draft quotation.
If required, the details of the quotation can still be changed and/or supplemented. The quotation can then be saved as a draft quotation or prepared for sending to the customer.

The sent quotation can be deleted. The following message appears on the screen:
Click on the Delete button to actually delete the sent quotation. - Resend quotation (only available in quotation with status ‘Open’)
If desired, a sent quotation can also be resent to another email address of the recipient.
