Sales dashboard sections

The Sales dashboard consists of the following sections:

  • aging analysis
  • sales per month
  • key figures of your sales:
    • draft invoices
    • invoices ready to be send
    • outstanding invoices
    • overdue invoices.
  • recently viewed invoices and contacts.

The various sections are described below.

Aging analysis

Here you can see the payment behaviour (Days Sales Outstanding) of your customers. This is an indication of the age of your outstanding sales invoices, i.e. how many days it takes on average to receive a payment from your customers:

  • <= 30 days
  • 31 - 60 days
  • 61 - 90 days
  • >= 91 daya.

The DSO is calculated as follows: Total outstanding amount / Revenue over the last 12 months * 365.

By hovering your mouse over a bar chart you can view the total amount of your outstanding invoices per number of days.

Sales per month

This chart shows the monthly revenue (billed amounts) for the last 12 months.

By hovering your mouse over the graph you can view the total amount of invoices (revenue) invoiced from a specific month.

Key figures of your sales

  • Draft invoices: the total amount of invoices that have been created but cannot or should not yet be sent to your customers.
  • Invoices ready to be send: the total amount of invoices still to be sent to your customers.
  • Outstanding invoices: the total amount of outstanding invoices not yet paid or collected.
  • Overdue invoices: the total amount of invoices to be reminded (not yet paid or collected).

Each key figure consists of the number of underlying invoices that make up the total amount shown.

Click on the tile to view in more detail the underlying invoices that make up the total amount.

Recently viewed invoices and contacts

On this screen, you'll see the invoices and contacts you've viewed most recently.
