Create task in portal

In the portal, any user can create a task for themselves or assign a task they created to one of the other users in the portal.


In the accountant portal, click on Workflow and then click on Tasks


The following screen is opened:



Then click on the New task button.


The following screen is opened:



Title (required)

Here you enter the name of the task.


Priority (required)

Indicate the priority of the task: urgent, high, medium or low.


Assigned to 

By default, the name of the task's creator is entered here. From the drop-down menu, select the user to whom the task should be assigned.


Start date 

From this date, the task should be executed by the user.


Due date

By this date, the task must be completed (handled) by the user.


Description

This description is shown at the top of an opened task.


Contact(s)

If you want to link the task to a contact, you can click here on the Add contact button and then select the contact, This allows you to view all linked tasks for the relevant contact from the Contacts (CRM) functionality



Then click on the Create task button to actually create the new task in the portal.
