In the portal, each user can complete a task assigned to him or her.
ATTENTION!
A customer question is automatically created as a task of the type 'Assigned bo question'.
From this screen, a user with the 'Portal administrator' or 'Portal back office' role can:
- assign a task to another user
- add a comment to a task
- complete a task
- create a subtask
- link a task as a subtask
- delete a task.
In the accountant portal, click on Workflow and then click on Tasks.
The following screen is opened:
Then click on the description of the task you want to complete.

Assign task to another user
To assign a task to another user, click on the Assign link.
Add comments to task
A comment can be added to the task at any time by typing it in the Add comment field and then clicking on the Send button.
The comment is added to the task with the name of the creator, creation date and creation time.
Complete a task
To indicate that a task has been completed, click on the Complete button.
TIP!
A completed task can always be reopened by clicking on the Reopen button.
Create subtask
To create a subtask, click on the More actions button and then select New subtask from the dropdown menu.
Link task as subtask
To link a task as a subtask to another task, click on the More actions button and then select Link as subtask from the dropdown menu.
Delete task
To delete a task, click on the More actions button and then click on Delete from the dropdown menu.
The following screen is opened:
Click on the Delete button to actually delete the task.
