You can always change the email address to log in yourself when logged into the Yuki environment.
You can change your email address from different places in Yuki:
- In the top right of your screen, click the user button, then click My profile
- Click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then click on My profile in the now-opened screen.
- Click on the Contacts icon in the navigation bar.
In the now-opened screen, locate and open your own contact card and then click on the Password button. - Click on the Settings icon in the navigation bar and then click on Change password.
The following screen is opened:
Behind E-mail address for login, click on change. The following screen is opened:
Here you can specify that the login name should be changed to a new login name. The current password should be entered along with the new email address you want to log in with.
Then click on the Save button to save the new email address.
TIP!
If a decision has been made to change the login name because the email address is no longer in use or accessible, it is advisable to also communicate this login name to the accounts receivable department of Yuki. As a result, you will receive the invoice sent to you by Yuki at your new email address.
