By clicking on the icon (9 dots) in the bottom right corner of the start screen, you can use the Search function to directly look for the right data within your domain, or view data from your Archive, your Financials, your contacts, or your bank.

The data you can view here depends on your user role and your domain's bundle:

  • Workspace (attention points in the domain)
  • Archive
  • Financials
  • Bank
  • Contacts.

Please note that if possible, you should specify the correct administration and period (top right of your screen) for which you want to view the data.

If available, you can always click through to the underlying document from the data in the Archive, the Monitor, the Contacts or the Bank.

To view the data from a processed document, open the document and then click on View details.

If you want to ask your accountant a question about the document or share it with another app on your smartphone, click on the three dots in the top right corner and then click on the relevant option.

Workspace (attention points in domain)

In the Workspace, you'll see six tiles containing data about different focus areas in your administration:

  • Outstanding questions
  • Tasks for you
  • Missing purchase invoices
  • Missing sales invoices
  • Not processed documents
  • Digital mailReceived files.

For a detailed description of these points of attention, see the article Yuki Assistant app Workspace.

Archive

Here you can view your most recently submitted documents (uploads) or one of the documents in the folders of your Archive.

You can specify which administration and which period (all years or a specific calendar year) the submitted documents should be shown for.

Financials

Here you can view the charts for the following financial data:

  • Revenue
  • Operating expenses
  • Profit and loss
  • Assets and Liabilities
  • Debtors and creditors:
    • grouping of outstanding invoices by age (aging analysis)
    • grouping by contacts (Search function available).
  • Bank balance
  • Working capital
  • Financial health:
    • Solvency
    • Return on equity.

As soon as you click on the Monitor screen, the data in the graphs shown will be automatically refreshed if it has been changed.

You can specify which administration and which calendar year or broken financial year the financial data should be shown for.

Bank

Here you can see an overview of all bank accounts, credit cards, and online providers that have been created in an administration. Above each bank account, credit card, or online provider, the date the account was last updated is shown.

You can specify that all or only the active bank accounts, credit cards, and/or online payment providers should be shown.

You can also search for a specific bank account by the account name or by IBAN.

Open a bank account, credit card, or online payment provider to view all transactions.

You can then specify whether all transactions or only those from a specific calendar year, half-year, quarter, month, or even a period you enter should be shown.

You can also search for a specific transaction by description and amount.

Find and open the bank transaction whose details you want to view.

n an opened bank transaction, you can see, among other things, how the bank transaction was provided (electronic file or paper statement) and to which GL account the bank transaction is currently posted.

Once a bank transaction has been matched with an outstanding pay slip, purchase invoice, or sales invoice, the relevant document will be shown.
